My Poetry

Quartet By Jeff Fitz-Maurice
This was the first poem I thought of:
The birds are red,
The sky is blue.
I can’t think of anything,
So now I’m through.

But I would probably fail using that so here’s the real one.
The sky is blue,
The trees are green.
This wooden man is painting a beautiful scene.
His painting may be very bright,
But his world doesn’t seem to be a pretty sight.
 But instead of complaining,
He lets it out with his painting.

All I want is someone to like and not judge me
Someone to understand me All I want is someone to like and not judge me
Someone to be there for me
Someone to love me All I want is someone to like and not judge me
Someone to stand up for me
Someone to be nice to me
Someone to have respect for me All I want is someone to like and not judge me
Someone to care for me
Someone to be my friend
Someone to trust and talk to
Someone to take me away from this place

All I want is someone to like me for me

I Used To...
I used to spend time with my dad
But now I can't because he has left on the heaven train
I always will remember him
But I never will be able to look over his crosswords again
I once walked and had talkings with him
But now I walk and talk alone
If I could I would go on the heaven train too
I would
I never thought it would happen so soon
But I might be okay
I can't do anything but wait til another train comes
But I can play and talk to the trees
I won't spend time having thinkings about it
But I might have talkings with Sara Chickering
I used to have my daddy the shoe fixer
But now I have Sara Chickering

  1. You must check out Jenna's Poetry Slam...she did an awesome job! Her poem "hate is like a hurricane" captured hate to a "T".
